#9231: Public Feedback Portal - Create New FieldsΒΆ

For those using the ionMy portal to capture Public Feedback, we have made some additional fields available. As they are feedback related, we have also made the new fields available in the Compliance Portal and Core product. These fields default as follows;

1. Unit
    - You will need to head to Governance > Hierarchy > Units and tick the "Is shown in Public feedback' to against the Site/Service Areas you wish to be made available for selection by the public.

2. Postcode
    - New Numeric Field. Helpful for those that don't want to have the Site/Service Area available but want to have an idea on where the feedback is coming from.

3. Preferred contact time
    - New multi select field where you can have specific hours, or set timeframes available for selection (Set in Drop Down Lists)
  
4. Preferred contact day
    - New multi select field, with the default options already set to the days of week

5. How would you like us to respond?
    - A single select list where you can set up options such as Email and Phone.

As you know, the ionMy solution is very customisable. So should you wish to use these fields for a different purpose, you can modify the field names and the associated drop down values (Portal Settings and Drop Down Lists).
